People development and management programmes are at the heart of the Booking.com corporate strategy, and is a key contributing factor to the company’s success. Over 1,500 participants across over 100 cohorts have attended the programme across the last 3 years

Each cohort attended 11 modules, 2 of which are f2f across 2 days and the rest are virtual with coaching

Each cohort completed the programme across 4 months, allowing plenty of time to learn!
Booking.com as a company are focused on creating the working environment that attracts, engages and develops people to their full potential. People Managers are pivotal in achieving this goal and this programme aims to support new and experienced People Managers to be effective coaches, empower and support our people and create an inclusive culture where people can do their best work. This particular programme is now in it's 3rd year and we have trained circa 1,500 managers so far (and counting!) with an average recommendation score of 98%.
