I have been working as an Accredited Transformative Coach (ICF PCC), Facilitator, and Mentor for the last 15 years working internationally with a variety of individuals, groups and organisations in both the education and corporate sector.
I am passionate about working with people who are looking for a change in who they are or how they work and are keen to challenge themselves to grow.
Drawing on a range of tools and techniques including Neuroscience, Mindfulness and the Enneagram, I meet the client where they are in their world to support, challenge and provoke exploration and growth.
In my spare time I enjoys walks on the beach with my dog, Rosy, and helping my husband, Simon manage our 8-acre smallholding/hassle-free campsite.
