Leadership 2.0 is truly blended learning journey. It blends together on-demand digital content such as videos, workbook and guides with virtual and in-person workshops. This makes the programme time efficient and flexible whilst aiming to maximise networking opportunities across the leadership groups which can be as powerful as the learning! Oh and not forgetting one of the most powerful tools for personal development…coaching! All participants have access to 1:1 coaching with their facilitator which gives them time and a safe space to reflect on their learning and development and to really know how to push themselves to the next level of performance.
