What Did It Entail? 

Booking.com as a company are focused on creating the working environment that attracts, engages and develops people to their full potential. People Managers are pivotal in achieving this goal and this programme aims to support new and experienced People Managers to be effective coaches, empower and support our people and create an inclusive culture where people can do their best work. This particular programme is now in it's 3rd year and we have trained circa 1,500 managers so far (and counting!) with an average recommendation score of 98%.
