Within any organisation there will be difficulties in interpersonal relationships. In themselves they are not significant until they start to encroach on the performance and cohesiveness of the people or teams involved. In these situations tension can be high and performance can often suffer, therefore something has to be done.

When there are relationship difficulties with external contacts then much more can be at stake.
In all but a few cases the problem lies in a lack of understanding of what the interaction difficulties really are and therefore why we and others act or respond the way that we do. There is also a tendency to think that we are right and it is the other person who is at fault. However, you cannot be sure that this is always the case.

The ability to create rapport, trust and credibility is critical to personal and team success and this programme gives you the insight and skills to generate productive working relationships, even at times of stress.
