The only thing that’s constant in life is change! Change can be unsettling and can lead to stress and conflict in the workplace. Individuals can learn to navigate change more effectively, when they become aware of their preferred style for approaching and dealing with situations involving change. Through gaining an understanding of their preferred response to new situations, participants will learn to increase the flexibility and effectiveness of their response, whilst improving their understanding of the reactions of others.
